Picking Up a Vehicle

What you need
- Your payment receipt (or, if the office gave you one, your own individual vehicle QR code) — printed or on your phone.
- That's it. No app, no login, no booking in advance.
Anyone holding the code can collect the vehicle — it's your authorisation both entering and leaving, so keep it on you the whole visit.
What happens, step by step
- Walk up to the gate on foot — no truck is needed for a vehicle pickup.
- Show your receipt's QR code to the gate officer. They'll scan it and ask your name.
- A quick photo may be taken before you're let through.
- Walk into the yard, find your vehicle, and drive it out yourself.
- Back at the gate, show the same QR code again — this is what releases you with the vehicle.
- Another quick photo, and you're on your way.
More than one vehicle on your receipt?
A single payment can cover several vehicles at once — each one now gets its own QR code alongside the main receipt QR. If the office has printed or shown you your vehicle's own code, scan that one directly and skip straight through, no picking from a list.
Still only have the whole receipt? That's fine too — the gate officer will scan it and choose your vehicle from the list for you.
Lost your receipt?
The QR code is the only way this gate can recognise you. Without it, speak to the office to have your payment looked up before coming back to the gate.
