What is this app?

RTOS Gate Pass lets you sign in on your own phone, pick your truck and a time slot, scan the QR code on your company's payment receipt, and get your gate pass — all without needing to visit the office in person.

Install it on your phone

This isn't downloaded from an app store — you install it straight from the browser, and it works just like any other app icon on your home screen.

  1. Open Chrome and go to https://rtos.rpsl.to/driver-pass (or tap "Open RTOS Gate Pass" above).
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app if Chrome offers it directly).
  4. Confirm. The RTOS Gate Pass icon now sits on your home screen.
  1. Open Safari and go to https://rtos.rpsl.to/driver-pass (or tap "Open RTOS Gate Pass" above).
  2. Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up), at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top-right corner. The RTOS Gate Pass icon now sits on your home screen.
Once installed, tap the icon like any other app — it opens straight to sign in, full screen, no browser address bar.

Using the app

  1. Sign in with the username or mobile number and password you were given.
  2. Choose your truck. If your company only has one, it's picked automatically.
  3. Pick a date and time slot for your visit.
  4. Scan the QR code on your company's payment receipt or export booking. If it lists more than one container, choose the one you're collecting.
  5. Confirm the booking — the app works out on its own whether each container is a pickup or a drop-off.
  6. Show the QR code on your screen at the gate, both on the way in and on the way out.

Booking multiple containers

You're no longer limited to one container per trip. One visit — one gate pass — can cover several containers, for example an export you're dropping off and an import you're picking up on the same run.

  1. Scan the QR code on the first container's payment receipt or export booking.
  2. For every extra container, tap Scan another QR code and scan that container's own receipt. It's added to the same visit.
  3. If a receipt lists more than one container, tap the one you're moving to add it.
  4. Made a mistake? Use Remove on any container before you confirm.
  5. Tap Continue with N containers, check the list, then tap Confirm booking.

You don't choose pick up or drop off — the app works it out for each container on its own.

Your gate pass covers everything on the visit under one QR code. Show it on the way in and again on the way out.

Already been through the gate? A container that has already Gated In for EXPORT or Gated Out for IMPORT will not show on the list again — it's already had its gate pass, so the app won't offer it for another visit.
Picking up a vehicle is the one exception: once a vehicle is added, the app moves straight to Continue — a vehicle is always a visit on its own.

Already booked?

Tap My bookings inside the app at any time to see your past and current bookings, and to pull up a QR code you've already been issued.
